Strategy Director

We’re proud to be working with a renowned branding agency and they’re on the lookout for a Strategy Director to join their team in London.

This agency partners with some of the world’s most influential brands in travel, lifestyle, and global sport, shaping brands that operate at real cultural scale.

You’ll set strategic direction on major projects, lead insight gathering, frameworks and narrative development, and collaborate closely with creative leads to ensure strategy is embedded end to end. You’ll also help shape project scoping, strategic standards, proposals and client conversations, while supporting business development efforts.

Beyond the work, you’ll play a key role in mentoring senior and midweight strategists, designing and facilitating workshops, and elevating the overall strategic quality of the team.

The ideal candidate thinks clearly, challenges assumptions, brings structure to ambiguity, and cares deeply about creativity, impact and clarity. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a branding agency like : Ragged Edge, Pentagram, Koto etc.

Based in London, they offer hybrid working and the salary is 80k-90k DOE.
