Senior Designer

We’re proud to be working with a fantastic London-based branding agency that specialises in the property sector. The agency works across advertising, brand strategy, editorial design, experiential marketing and complex digital design and production.

They’re looking for a brilliant Senior Designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with outstanding design execution. The ideal candidate will be, strategic with powerful visual ideas and be comfortable shaping brand systems across a wide range of projects.

You will need experience working in branding studios or creative agencies across different sectors and your portfolio must demonstrate branding identity and strategic design projects. Organisation is key, and you must be able to work across multiple projects as well as mentor more junior designers.

Key requirements:
•           Experience presenting work to clients and internal teams
•           High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
•           Experience working across both print and digital brand applications and motion, digital and environmental
•           Experience mentoring or guiding junior and midweight designers
•           Passionate about design craft, typography, and visual storytelling
•           Conceptual thinker who enjoys solving brand challenges

The role is hybrid working in their central London studio and the salary is £45-55k depending on experience
