Business Development Manager

We’re excited to be partnering with a growing property marketing studio that’s looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, sociable, and organised, with a passion for design, marketing and real estate. You’ll be owning the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting and pitching, to contracts and client relationships- working closely with both creative and client services teams.

You don’t need previous experience in property marketing, but you should be confident presenting, building relationships, and managing outbound sales campaigns. A strong understanding of digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) and CRM systems is a big plus.

The role offers the chance to work across a wide range of services, from brand identity, campaigns, and printed collateral to social media, digital marketing, and email campaigns. You’ll be helping grow market share and revenue while collaborating with a talented, high-energy team.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the studio, 2 days WFH. Salary up to 50k.
