Associate Creative Director

We are working with a fantastic creative agency based in Berlin, which specialises in sport, fashion/streetwear and culture. They work with some of the top brands in the world and are looking for a top ACD who comes from a Copy background.

They are looking for candidates confident in building out strong creative campaign work, big ideas, and pitches. Ideally, someone who has traditional advertising experience!

Key requirements:

-Strong storytelling and copy-led creative background.

-Able to think at a brand level and develop compelling creative narratives.

-Experienced in leading and directing teams on the ground.

-Ideas-first mindset with a strong conceptual approach (must be a creative thinker)

-Interest or experience within the automotive sector would be a bonus.

The agency is based in Berlin so they are looking for either local talent or candidates who can work fully remote (some of the team are based in London).

Salary is £65-90k depending on experience!
